I've been walking this path of colors for 22 springs now. From sienna to ocher, from Bladder green to cerulean blue. I can't forget, of course, the Titanium White or Ivory Black—essential to each of my chromatic compositions. They are the gods of my shadows and my lights.
What would a painter be without all these tubes of colors? And what would my daily life be without these pigment spots on my hands and my clothes? Who would I be, anyway, without all my animal looks? A little emptier. A little more alone. A little less human, certainly. But above all, I wouldn't have met you. You who are there. Always. Always.
I invite you to follow me on this path. Again, if you want. You will see it will be beautiful, joyful, and bright. Because life knows how to sprinkle itself with a little shadow sometimes but above all with a lot of light!
Come on, come with me...my workshop is right there. Hidden by an old vine, at the bottom of my garden...
